Losing weight is a billion dollar industry in America, there are thousands of devices and programs you can buy that promise to get you 6-pack abs fast but they dont work! If it were as easy as buying a pill, shake, or ab machine then the shopping malls across America you would see all men with rippling washboard abs and all women with flat tummies but what do we see instead? Obesity everywhere! Lets clear up one huge misconception right now, ab machines and ab exercises will NOT get you 6-pack abs! 95% of the work in getting 6-pack abs is losing bodyfat and no ab exercise will do that. If you have a beer belly, you could do ab exercises all year long and still never get 6-pack abs. You can have rippling muscular abs but if they are covered with an inner tube of fat then nobody is going see them. Its not that hard and its not that complicated. The changes you need to make to lose weight and reduce your bodyfat are much smaller than you fear and they are easier to live with than you could possibly imagine! A common sense approach involving exercise and nutrition is all that is required to get ripped, washboard abs. When most people think about losing weight, what comes to mind is words like hunger, deprivation, diet, and agony. No! Losing weight properly will not result in any of these, the key is in the above two words common sense.
Benedetta Ubertazzi argues that exclusive jurisdiction rules related to intellectual property rights cases are not only insufficiently supported by any of the arguments usually invoked in their favor, but are also in fact contrary to public international law rules concerning the avoidance of a denial of justice and the fundamental human right of access to a court. They should therefore be abandoned with respect to infringement and validity claims involving either registered or unregistered intellectual property rights. The author claims that this abandonment would be consistent with the clear trend already existing in this respect and would prevent economic inequalities in cross-border intellectual property litigation, without however leading to abusive forum shopping.
The religion of Islam is a holistic way of life. It is not separated into physical, emotional and spiritual areas; rather it teaches that all aspects of life combine to fulfil one purpose. What is that purpose and is it possible to understand the meaning of life? Yes it is! Islam makes it very clear that the purpose of life is to worship our Creator, the One True God. What gives meaning to our existence is understanding that all our actions, no matter how grand or how trivial, can be turned easily into worship. All actions performed in the daily course of life can be raised to the status of worship simply by remembering to praise God and seek His pleasure. Islam makes remembrance easy by giving us guidelines. It teaches us in a gentle and moderate way that life is worship, and worship is the meaning of life. To this end, even eating has an etiquette that raises its status from the mundane to worship. Food plays a significant role in our everyday lives. We spend a lot of time, effort and money in shopping, cooking and eating so it makes sense to turn these worldly acts into worship worthy of reward. The sayings of Prophet Muhammad are filled with guidelines and recommendations that make eating a rewardable action. Cleanliness is an important part of Islam. Not only should a Muslim purify himself before turning to God in prayer but they must pay attention to the cleanliness of their bodies and their surroundings at all times. Prophet Muhammad, may the mercy and blessings of God be upon him, reminded us that our body has certain rights and one of those rights is that it should be maintained with cleanliness.
