In Bed with Susie Bright 531: Crazed Hooligan Penguin Orgies: Why Scientists Are More Shocked by Animal Sex Than Global Warming, Hörbuch, Digital, 29min, (USK 18)
A wildlife expedition notebook that contains details about homosexuality, pederasty, necrophilia, and rape? Yep. Scientists say it's those sexy penguins being rowdy again. Today, Susie takes a look at a Guardian article by Tim Stanley that describes a study from the early 1900s, all about the sexual activities of the Antarctic penguin. Susie finds this very interesting and explains why, back then, "lewd" penguin behavior was considered a novelty. But now it seems that anthropomorphism - the practice of attributing human characteristics to animals - has taken on a moral aspect. There is no right or wrong or sexual outrage here. They are animals – not mirrors of ourselves. Get a grip! Next, it's "Tell Me Your Sex Story", our ongoing listener interviews in which people like you step into Susie's sexual confession booth. Today we meet "Lorenzo", who recently told his wife, who likes vanilla-style sex, that he wanted to try swinging. Lorenzo and Susie talk about being bisexual or "trysexual" (I'll try sex with anyone) and what it's like to find out that your parents had a steamy sex life . Then, in our "Try This at Home" mailbag, Susie finds a letter from a man who has religion on his mind. "How can I talk about sex to my conservative church friends?" he asks. Susie is praying her advice will help. Have a question? You can call Susie's hotline at 831-480-5110. And you can send your confidential questions - plus requests for free samples and blog banners! - to susie@susiebright.com. Edmund Kemper - The True Story of the Co-ed Killer: True Crime by Evil Killers, Volume 2 , Hörbuch, Digital, ungekürzt, 132min
American serial killer Edmund Kemper III stalked co-eds in California at the height of the era of peace and free love, dismembering his victims and tossing their body parts in remote areas around Santa Cruz. As pieces of young women began washing up on shore and turning up alongside rural highways, female residents - especially college students - were decidedly on edge. A lust killer who savored the act of decapitating his victims - and often used their severed heads for sexual pleasure - Kemper's story is particularly twisted among historical serial killers. Still, the true crime tale of Edmund Kemper is particularly fascinating, because the man many people called "a gentle giant" was a near genius whose cunning manipulation of others made him particularly depraved and dangerous. This true crime story, a detailed biography of one of the most psychopathic serial killers of our time, shares some insight into the troubled childhood and awkward nature that led the American serial killer to take 10 lives, including those of six pretty co-eds, his paternal grandparents, his calculatingly cruel mother, and his mother's best friend. Among historical serial killers, Kemper is especially depraved, since he included necrophilia and cannibalism in his gruesome mix of sordid criminal activity. Ultimately, Kemper's murderous inclinations and urges to kill were satisfied after he bludgeoned to death his mother, a woman he'd hated since he was eight years old, and he turned himself in. But if he hadn't finally acted on his long-held fantasy to end his mother's life, he might still be trolling California highways, getting away with murder. ungekürzt. Language: English. Jeffrey Dahmer: A Terrifying True Story of Rape, Murder & Cannibalism: The Serial Killer Books, Book 1 , Hörbuch, Digital, ungekürzt, 193min
Few serial killers in history have garnered as much attention as Jeffrey Lionel Dahmer. Although Dahmer killed 17 young men and boys, it was not so much the number of people he killed that makes him stand out among famous serial killers, but more so the acts of depravity that he committed on the corpses of his victims. In this true crime story, you will listen to how Dahmer transitioned from a loner to serial killer, committing numerous unnatural acts along the way such as necrophilia and cannibalism. Following in the macabre tradition of another infamous Wisconsin serial killer - Ed Gein - Jeffrey Dahmer terrorized Milwaukee for most of the 1980s until he was finally captured in 1991. Perhaps one of the most frightening aspects of Jeffrey Dahmer's serial killer career was how easy he was able to lure his victims into his trap. Dahmer possessed above average intellect, was conventionally good looking, and usually had a calm demeanor that could disarm even the most paranoid of people. Because of these traits, Dahmer was able to evade justice numerous times, which allowed him to keep killing. Truly, Dahmer was able to fool his family, the police, his neighbors, and even the judicial system into believing that he was not a threat; but during the entire time his kill count increased and the body parts of his victims began to pile up around his apartment. Purchase this audiobook to listen to a story that is among the most disturbing of all true crime serial killers. You will follow the course of Dahmer's life from an alcoholic outcast in high school to a vicious predator who stalked the streets of Milwaukee. Finally, you will hear about Dahmer's trial, his jail house murder, and the impact that his many crimes had on Milwaukee. ungekürzt. Language: English. Narrator: David L. White. The Shocking True Story of Ted Bundy: The Most Notorious American Serial Killer of the 1970s , Hörbuch, Digital, ungekürzt, 46min
Theodore Robert Bundy, popularly known as Ted Bundy, was America's most notorious serial killer, a necrophilia, rapist, and kidnapper of the 1970s who murdered and assaulted many girls and young women. Shortly before his execution, via electrocution, after over a decade of crime denials, he already confessed to his 30 committed homicides in seven different states between the years of 1974 and 1978. The real count of victim was left unknown, and this could possibly be much higher. Ted Bundy was viewed as charismatic and handsome by his female victims, which are the traits he exploited in order to completely win their trusts. Bundy, typically approached the victims in public places, pretending to have a disability or injury, or personating an authority figure, before assaulting and overpowering them at secluded locations. Ted Bundy even revisits his crime scenes, grooming and performing some sexual acts with decomposing corpses of the victim until the destruction and putrefaction of wild animals made the interaction impossible. He beheaded 12 known victims and even kept some of the heads in his own apartment as mementos for a time period. Sometimes, he just simply broke into the dwelling at night and strikes to death his victims as they are asleep. Ted was initially incarcerated in 1975 in Utah for attempted criminal assault and aggravated kidnapping. He became a suspect in a progressively longer unsolved list of homicides in multiple states. When facing his criminal charges in the state of Colorado, he planned two dramatic escapes and was able to commit more assaults, including three more murders before his 1978 ultimate recapture. Ted Bundy received three death sentences in two different trials for his Florida homicides. Ted died via electrocution at the Raidford Prison on the 24th of January, 1989. He was described as the very sadistic sociopath who receives pleasure from other people's pain and suffering. ungekürzt. Language: English. Narrator: Cathy Beard.
