I guess we could write all sorts of cool things about this band....but these guys don't brag about themselves..so listen to the music to the left of the screen and leave your comments below....thanx. -CROZIG As of July the band, 'FIENDS CARNIVAL OF SOULS', will be called 'Sugar Virus'. The band has been through alot of changes since 1992 and the name change was needed. This C.D. 'Children Of The Dead', will be the only thing left of this powerfull act and the members are still together. Major labels are clawwing for these FIENDS and Jason earned alot of new fans while singing for the 'MISFITS' this year. They hope all of their fans will welcome the name change and get ready for the 'VIRUS'. -Danny (Zipper Head)- Shop: odax

Walking Wounded
The very first Worldwide artist to come out and REPRESENT Okolona, Mississippi. Mr. Prime has lived through it all, and keeps coming back. Production is done by Mr. L.P.D. for Playa tight Soundz/playatight.com. He is a southern heavyweight in rap and production. L.P.D. has done work with David Banner, The Original Mr. Prime Suspect, Yo Lynch, and Tom Skeemask just to name a few. Production is also done by Pimp Sno out of Tupelo, Mississippi, who has produced such Mississippi greats such as Pistol Maine, and 4GP, and D.Gully. Pimp Sno is the youngest/newest KING in the production business. Mr.Prime's lyrics have been compared to Tupac's, 50 cent's and Beanie Sigel's. The music is real, it's his life on every song, every experierence good or bad, every pain, each frustration. It's been crowned as one of the 'Realest c.d.s being sold'. Folks know him as the realest cat out there rapping. I've taken a lifetime worth of hardships, and lyrically told my story to the world. Folks identify with what I'm saying, they've felt/lived likewise at times. I'm a member of the Kaotic Klique out of Tupelo, MS. Mr. Prime Suspect keeps in close contact with Pistol Maine (Amory,MS), Ivy Crew (Amory, MS), Doughbelly Stray (West Point, MS), D.Gully (Tupelo,MS), Tommy Wright III, 4GP (Tupelo, MS), Kwan of S.S.P.(Ripley, MS), PFL (Okolona, MS), Suspect CAMP (Okolona,MS), Little Tony (Aberdeen, MS), BigBULL (Golden Triangle, MS), and Chaos (Starkville, MS). Mr.Prime can tongue-twist with the best of 'em, but his trademark is the unmistakeable ability to take a situation and describe is perfectly lyrically. His trademark grunt/growl has the dirty south all saying, 'Unh!' The Kaotic Klique's album is still in production. It should hit early 2004, it's a classic. They've made noise for the past several years down south. Insane of PFL, is going to do alot of production for Mr. Prime and the Suspect Camp next year. He's very tight with the beats. The suspect camp is currently being mastered right now, and will hit soon. Members include Krazy K b/k/a bullsh**er, Killa T, Phatal Lynn, Gangsta C, Hellraiser b/k/a li'l scary, China Maine b/k/a '2 foot head stompa', and Haymaka rounds out the camp. Niecy is the camp's feature singer, whose angelic voice adds the right piece to the Suspect Camp puzzle. I plan on working with Banner (David), in 2004. We both represent to the fullest our cities, and especially our state 'The Mighty Magnolia..........MISSISSIPPI'.- Shop: odax

Rules of Dating
I was raised in a small town by two crazy alcoholics who one day took a break from beating the crap out of each other just long enough to buy me a nylon stringed acoustic guitar. I was 12 and all about the rock (especially Def Leppard) but I got bored playing riffs on an acoustic so I started teaching myself to play classical guitar out of a book. A year or so later I convinced my mom to pay for classical lessons and eventually I got an electric guitar too. I played a lot with my brother who had just gotten a drum kit and when I was 14 we played in a band with two other kids in front of our entire high school. When I was 15 I started trying out my super twisted songwriting on friends. I remember grabbing my acoustic saying 'hey listen to this!' and I'd sing a song about killing my date on prom night for fresh blood. Pretty much all of the songs I wrote as a teenager were meant to be funny and to entertain. Over the years I think I've gradually become more comfortable with expressing my (ahem) feelings, but lyrics even now that are supposed to be funny are still pretty dark, a theme that just suites me I suppose. When I was 18 I moved to Portland and took music classes at Mt Hood Community College delving way deep into classical guitar and music theory. (I could dork out all day talking about music theory.) I hooked up with a girl from class who played drums. We played my funny little songs together at house parties, on the street, for friends and pretty much anyone who would listen since we were too young to play in clubs. I banged away on my nylon strings and she played a snare drum with brushes. We recorded a handful of songs with Chad Crouch for a Hush Records compilation calling ourselves simply 'Morgan & Jolie'. It got written up in the Portland Rocket saying that we added 'unexpected sparkle to the singer-songwriter vibe' of the comp and it was pretty exciting to see our name in the paper. Finally we both turned 21 and had our first real show at NXNW 1998. I went crazy booking shows and I remember having a pretty fun year before we split in 1999. Since those days I've traded off alot between playing solo and having a band. I've always really enjoyed watching a song morph from group to group. In May 2004, shortly after my last band split, I opened for Gothic Outhouse and met Sam Henry. We started working together on a recording project out of which emerged this new and amazing band I'm playing with now. Sam and I are hard at work on my second album and I've decided to take a break from playing shows until it's finished... But for now this album The Rules of Dating was released on my own label Lady Lush Records in April of 2003. Most of it was recorded live at Rocket Science by Sean Flora, some tracked by my old band and the rest in front of an in-studio audience as part of an open house we hosted for Last Thursday. (Rocket Science is on ALberta and 20th) I hope you enjoy it. My new record should be out by early 2005. Thanks for stopping by! Morgan Grace Nov 2004.- Shop: odax
