We Are the Economic Stimulus
The Maunder Minimum is the name used for the period roughly spanning 1645 to 1715 when sunspots became exceedingly rare during the coldest part of the Little Ice Age, causing extraordinarily harsh winters in Europe and North America. The Maunder Minimum is also a four-piece psychedelic rock band from just outside of Detroit, inspired by an America in which corporate-run capitalism and military imperialism have backfired and left itself in a post-industrial failing economy. Songs' recurring themes include lost love, living in the ruins of the former capital of the Golden Age, prescription drugs vs. Freedom of the mind, and science (or the lack thereof).- Shop: odax
