The present line-up comprises founder members Danny Vlaspoel (guitar) and Joeke Wouda (bass) along with drummer Joey Spijker and vocalist Fred Koridon and makes for a superb combination of musicianship and faithful interpretation of Rory?s material. Frequent appearances at the Ballyshannon International Tribute Festival, the British Rory Gallagher Tribute and the Annual Dutch tribute at Wijk aan Zee have been among the many high points for the band over the years. In addition they have had the pleasure of performing with ex-Rory Gallagher band members, with Ted McKenna joining them on drums in 2007 and Mark Feltham on blues harp in 2012. Extensive tours of Ireland and their native Holland have built a loyal following who particularly appreciate Laundromat?s extensive play list and sensitive feel for the very best of Rory?s music. Laundromat set out to cover the full range of Rory?s extensive repertoire from hard driving blues, to explosive rockers right through to emotive ballads and acoustic numbers. As a treat for true connoisseurs of Rory?s music they also dip into areas of his work seldom covered live byother tribute bands such as the storming ?Slumming Angel? off his last album, Fresh Evidence, or the gentle and heart-breaking ?Easy come and easy go? from Jinx, Edged in blue, I?m not awake yet and many, many more. This is a Rory Gallagher Tribute band with a real difference ? don?t miss them!https://www.facebook.com/Laundromat.rorytributeband/Samstag 27.11. spielen:NEXT PASSING BREEZE:Next Passing Breeze are a rock?n roll ensemble/band from Ireland and Turkey. The band came into existence at the end of 2019 to be able to initiate something new and original, with the idea of connecting musicians from two countries who play the music of Rory Gallagher. The band were already booked and were in the line up of two international Rory Gallagher Tribute weekends for 2020 and also they would make their debut on St. Patrick?s Day, March 17th, 2020 in Istanbul. However, the pandemic stopped all live performances just two days before March 17th, 2020. Thus, the band couldn?t play any gigs in 2020. With the starting of live gigs again in 2021, Next Passing Breeze will now have the chance to play at The 11th Rory Gallagher Weekend Fuerth on November 27th, 2021, Saturday which had been postponed almost a year ago. The band will perform as a power trio at the weekend with a full set of Rory Gallagher tunes. The members of the band are Ali Ataman (guitar) of CORK, Lee Riordan (lead vocals/drums) and Robert Reilly (bass) of Blind Wolf Club (also ex-Dave McHugh Band).https://www.facebook.com/next.passing.breeze/HIGGINS:HIGGINS präsentiert in seinem Acoustic Solo Set eine ganz persönliche Interpretation von Rory´s Musik. Booked for Murder: Lindsay Gordon, Book 5 , Hörbuch, Digital, ungekürzt, 447min
Why would anyone want to kill Penny Varnavides, best-selling author of the Teen Dreams series? Her demise can't be the freak accident it first appeared - it's an exact replica of the murder method in her forthcoming book. Only three people knew the plot of Penny's unpublished novel: her literary agent, her editor and her ex-girlfriend, Meredith. In an effort to clear Meredith, Lindsay Gordon delves beneath the glittering facade of the seemingly glamorous world of London publishing in search of a murderer. While hobnobbing with industry notables, Lindsay encounters an unsavoury mix of soured relationships, desperate power plays, underhanded fraud and seething rivalries. Who, amongst this sordid group, wanted Penny Varnavides dead? ungekürzt. Language: English. Narrator: Caroline Guthrie. Booked : Kingsbury Town Football Club Romance, Book 2 , Hörbuch, Digital, ungekürzt, 768min
Julie Randall needs that book. Not because it's a rare first edition, but because the handwritten notes in the margins will unlock the secrets of her Victorian-era kitchen garden in north London. The book was almost hers, but now, it's in the hands of some aristocratic jerk who probably doesn't know a tomato from a cucumber. Make that a handsome, aristocratic jerk. Kingsbury Town Football Club star midfielder Hugo Auchincloss has that book and isn't about to give it up quite so easily. Julie has lit a spark that he hasn't felt in a long time, and he's not going to be satisfied until he has her - that idiot boyfriend of hers be damned! It would be easy. Until it wasn't. ungekürzt. Booked for a Hanging: Dan Rhodes Mysteries, Book 6 , Hörbuch, Digital, ungekürzt, 307min
The versatile mystery novelist Bill Crider has created a pantheon of marvelous characters, but none is more real, warm, and thoroughly delightful than Sheriff Dan Rhodes of Blacklin County, Texas. In his sixth adventure, Rhodes is confronted with what seems at first to be a suicide: the body of a man newly arrived in the county is found hanged in the dilapidated building he has taken over for his business. Simon Graham was a rare-book dealer. If it seems unlikely to find such an arcane entrepreneur in this extremely rural and sparsely populated part of Texas, it becomes less strange when it turns out that Graham was more con man than bibliophile. The presumed suicide begins to look more and more like murder when several newcomers swoop down on the scene and try to beat out one another to find a reputedly valuable rare book that Graham was rumored to have among his collection of hardly worthwhile items.Although Rhodes' two attenuated and eccentric jailhouse employees have gone overboard for the magic of the department's new computer, the steady, if put-upon, Rhodes and his clear-eyed observations of human nature have invariably been more useful to the solution of a crime - and that is still true in the case of the hanged book dealer. ungekürzt. Clothing Optional , Hörbuch, Digital, ungekürzt, 167min
When daydreaming about her honeymoon, Stacey pictured long romantic walks along white, sandy beaches in Waikiki with her husband Nate and fruity drinks with pink umbrellas beneath breezy cabanas built for two. Her mother-in-law, however, has something else in mind when she promises to make sure they embark on a honeymoon they won't soon forget. And for the most part, a two week hop from one coastal California bed and breakfast to the next turns out to be more romantic than Stacey expected. That is, until they arrive at their final destination only to discover themselves booked at a quaint little clothing optional bed and breakfast. Stacey's pretty sure she can't stay in a place where people walk around in the nude, even if there is only one other couple booked for the weekend. The very notion of such a place even existing makes her head spin, but when she starts reflecting on the reason her mother-in-law might have sent them in the first place, she finds herself daringly braving new waters with the man she's promised to spend the rest of her life with, for better or worse. ungekürzt. Sarah Greggor is back with her wildly popular Wife Swap Chronicles radio show. Her guest this week is Carly, whose vacation to the ski slopes is about to take a wild turn. Carly and her friend Mary have been planning a trip with their husbands to their favorite ski resort and booked two rooms months in advance. When they arrive at the hotel they discover that there is only one room booked instead of two and the hotel is full so they decide that it's best if they all just share a room. The thing is that both hot wives want to have sex with their husband's friend instead of their own husband. The action on the ski slopes is nothing compared to the wife swap action in the hotel room afterwards. Another brilliant wife swapping short by best-selling author Cindy Jameson.
